Reporting Content

We understand that copyrighted, trademarked, or private content may get published on Yap, either accidentally or on purpose.

If you believe content on Yap infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notification to our designated agent at report@yap.so. See our Terms of Service, Section F for the required elements and counter-notification process.

Other Content Reports

To report content that violates our Acceptable Use Policies or Terms of Service, or that involves a minor, email report@yap.so with a description of the content and a link to it.

Recordings and personal information

If a yap includes your voice, your words, or details about you that you did not agree to share, or exposes private information such as an address, phone number, or health details, email report@yap.so with the page link and a short note on what should come down. You do not need a Yap account to report. We may remove the page, the part of it that exposes you, or the recording while we look into it.
